Life is full of ups and downs.
One has to face to achieve the crown.

Enjoy the ride.
No need to hide from the problematic tide.
Hug the situation in order to tackle.
Instead of thinking it’s a debacle.
Every moment has a role to play.
One has to just pave the correct way.
Life is not free from troubling wave.
Make yourself strong.
Then trouble will be for troubling wave.
Not for you.
Have patience and focus.
You will surely be in your locus.
Move forward and rise.

I have nothing to say.
When obstacle comes in my way.
The role of obstacle is vital.
Managing them is critical.
Everything has a role.
That makes the proud soul.
Welcoming the problems with joy.
At the end I will enjoy.

I am not stone hearted.
But I can bear the stone on my heart.
Tolerating the taunting conversation in light and dark.
Allowing them to continue their bark.
Life has no meaning without problems.
Finding the solution is the only problem.
Happy that unwanted situations come on my way.
That allows me to discover new way.
I have nothing to say.

अनचाही याद ।

अक्सर  उन  बातों  को  जिसे  भुलाना चाहता हूँ ,
बार – बार क्यूँ याद आ जाती है । 
अक्सर उस चेहरे को जिसे दिल से हटाना चाहता हूँ ,
बार – बार क्यूँ सामने आ जाती है । 
वीरान सा हूँ ,

शमशान में रहने लगा हूँ । 

धोके की इस दुनिया में  ,
अपनापन खोने लगा हूँ ।  

 यादों के साए में ,
खुशियों का है नज़ारा । 
हकीकत की परछाई में ,
अश्कों का है ज़मावरा । 
धुँध में फैली है एक ऐसी चिंगारी ,
जो  कभी जल नहीं पाती है । 
     पता नहीं बार – बार मुझे उसकी याद क्यूँ आती है ?
