मानो तो सब कुछ है …
और न मानो तो शून्य।
यही है जीवन का,
एक अनोखा मूल्य।
ढूंढने की ज़रुरत नहीं।
पहचानने की आवश्यकता है।
अपने अंदर छिपे इस “परम सत्य ” को।
अनुभव करने की आवश्यकता है।
जग घूमने की ज़रुरत नहीं।
कण कण में वो बस्ते हैं।
एक बार झाँक कर तो देखो।
दिल , दिमाग और मन में वो निवास करते हैं।
उन्हें पाना कठिन नहीं पर।
कठिन तरीके अपनाते हैं लोग।
विधि , विधान और आडम्बर की ज़रुरत नहीं।
फिर भी दिखावा और आडम्बर करते हैं लोग।
जो मन के भीतर हैं।
वो बाहर कैसे मिलेगा।
जो अंतरात्मा की आवाज़ सुनते हैं।
उन्हें शोर कैसे पसंद होगा।
जिसका न आदि है और न अंत।
जिसके कारण से हम हैं और तुम।

यत्र , तत्र , सर्वत्र।
अंतर्मन में बसा , उसे पहचानो।
शांत और शीतल मन से पुकारो।
वो सुनते हैं।
मौन मुख , बंद आँखें और दिल से उन्हें बुलाओ।
वो आते हैं।
सही मार्ग प्रदर्शित करते हैं।
प्रेरणा देते हैं।
कष्टों का निवारण करते हैं।
अपना आशीष देते हैं।
हर समस्या का हैं वो उपाय।
शांत और शीतल मन से बोलो।

मनो तो सब कुछ हैं।
और न मानो तो शून्य।
