What should I write?

What should I write???
Nothing comes in my mind.
No idea and no creativity.
How can I be so lazy?
Thought of writing something real.
Ended up writing the unreal.
This happens several times.
But I really enjoy such times.

Writer’s are different from rest of the world.
They have the power to create and change the world.
Writing requires imagination and thinking.
Every literary piece is amazing.
Be it love, romance, sad or motivational.
Writer’s are a source of inspiration.
I too want to write something now.
By reading it, you can say waw.
I am willing to write.
What should I write?
Not able to think the exact plot.
Do I need to take a rest to create the new plot?
Thinking from morning to evening.
I am not able to write anything.
But I will write soon.
With a positive noon.
But…
For the present.
What should I write???
Nothing comes in my mind.

Welcome 2019

A warm welcome to the new year, 2019. As we have entered into a new year, I hope everything goes well with everyone in this new year. Just wanted to wish all of you a very happy new year. May God fulfill all your upcoming desires in this year with smiling faces. πŸ€—πŸ˜…

One of the important aspects of the new year is to make a new year resolution and I have always failed in making the same. Every year, my new year resolution remains the same i.e to make a new year resolution. Confused? πŸ™„πŸ€” I have always failed in making new year resolution and hence on every new year eve, my new year resolution is to make a new year resolution. πŸ˜•πŸ˜ But this year my wish is to work on my novel and complete it and I am hopeful of doing so. πŸ€—

Once again, I wish all of you a very happy new year. Do share your new year resolution or wish which you want to accomplish. God bless you all. Stay tuned for my posts… πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ƒ

Good Bye 2018

Hello everyone. Hope all are doing good and will be busy in giving a warm welcome to the coming new year, 2019. πŸ™‚ Every year is important as there are incidents and situations which impacts all of us and the same is applicable for 2018 as well. This post is a simple goodbye to 2018 with an expectation of better upcoming year.

There are many incidents in an year and there are many decisions which one takes during that year. Every incident and decision have some impact, positive or negative. Also, there are times when you have something to initiate in your life but you are unable to do so. Everything is in your mind but you are not able to start because of unknown reasons…. 😦 This situation has happened with me which I am sharing today. Since 2015, I was willing to write a novel but never started it. I have the story, plot, character etc in my mind but I was unable to start working for my novel. Recently, I don’t know what happened, I suddenly started to write it down. Even I was shocked that how I am writing which was stuck for 3 years. πŸ™‚ This was a startling moment for me but I was happy for it. Whenever I get time, I am writing it… Let’s see when it gets completed. πŸ˜›

This was a moment which happened in 2018 with me apart from others, good and bad but initiating my novel was the one which is special for me and I hope you might have also encountered with something amazing or very close to your heart. Please share your views on 2018 and how the year went for you. And last, a humble goodbye to 2018…

Suicide – Right or wrong?

Suicide, the word seems to be little awkward and is generally considered to be a crime. There can be many reasons to commit suicide. This article highlights one of the major problems i.e suicide which is rarely discussed.

India reported 1,33,623 suicidal deaths in the year 2015 as per the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. This figure is strange as more than a lakh people committed suicide. Out of the total suicide, female suicide accounted to 42088 and male suicide were 91528 and rest 7 were transgender. Let us look at some statistics of suicides in India as illustrated in the following table which highlights the top 10 suicidal states.

Table 1: Suicidal deaths in top 10 states in the year 2015
State Suicidal Deaths
Maharashtra 16970
Tamil Nadu 15777
West Bengal 14602
Karnataka 10786
Madhya Pradesh 10293
Telangana 10140
Kerela 7692
Gujarat 7246
Chattisgarh 7118
Andhra Pradesh 6226
Source: National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

As it can be interpreted from the above table, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal are leading in suicidal deaths. The above table also states that the problem of suicide is present throughout India from north to south, west to east which is an alarming situation. Let us look at the top 10 major cities in India having a wide number of suicidal deaths which is illustrated in the following table.

Table 2: 10 major cities with suicidal deaths in the year 2015
City Suicidal deaths
Chennai 2274
Bengaluru 1855
Delhi 1553
Mumbai 1122
Pune 873
Ahmedabad 869
Hyderabad 728
Surat 663
Indore 528
Nagpur 483
Source: National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

From the above table, Chennai is the leading city with highest number of suicidal deaths and can be said as the suicidal capital of India. The five major cities of India namely Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad are in the list of top 10 cities having suicidal deaths.

There can be many reasons for suicide. Some of the reasons can be work pressure, extra marital affairs, love failure, household atrocities, depression, stress, no hope for survival, examination pressure of failure, hunger, lack of basic amenities to live, poverty etc. However, the exact reason behind people committing suicide is difficult to find. Some people say that it is the state of mind which allows people to take such step. Yes, it is the mind who decides what to do and what not to do and it is ultimately the decision of people who go to end their life. This is startling but is the harsh reality.

Life is precious and should be lived and enjoyed while facing the bad moments. Nothing lasts forever, whether it is good or bad. Approach should be to fight and not to quit and end up one’s life. One needs to be strong enough to tackle the situation. It’s amazing to know that there are cases where people come to end up their life if failed in some activities which they have desired most. But is committing suicide is right? Life doesn’t end if you fail.

Please share your views on suicide. Those who commit suicide, is it right or wrong? What according to you is the reason behind committing suicide and what steps can be taken in order to curb suicidal deaths? Please share your thoughts.

Not in a mood…

Not in a mood to write anything.
What should be motto behind writing?
The mind has become little tired.
Better not to write something weird.
Eyes are blinking continuously.
Losing my energy slowly.
I think to take some rest.
Coming back, I will enjoy the fest.
Seems like I am sleeping.
Better to avoid writing.
It depends on the thought process.
Better to avoid forceful writing process.
Good days to all.
Hope I will wake up soon from sleeping.
As…
I am not in a mood of writing.

Here are the questions and their answers:

How did you get into blogging? Β

I wrote my first poem which was in Hindi when I was in class IX and again a Hindi poem in class X but unfortunately I lost both of the poem which I was unable to preserve. Due to that anger I stopped writing for two years. πŸ™‚ But there was always a voice coming from inside to write. So I started writing again when I entered college for persuading engineering and initially I wrote in notes on facebook for few months and was getting reviews there. I created my blog in February 2011 from one of my friend suggestion without knowing what a blog is. I posted my first post in April. 😦  My Β Hello World post which is default is still active and have preserved it yet and will be preserved in future too. πŸ™‚ Β I was not posting frequently and there have been big gaps of 6 months also but slowly and slowly I learnt what is blogging and how to use it and Β I am here and just want to continue this journey as much as Β I can. πŸ™‚

What advice would you give to a blogger just starting out?

I don’t consider myself in a position to give advice to novice blogger’s as I am not a veteran. I am a novice and still in learning phase, just learning from many prominent bloggers.

What would be your dream campaign?

Spreading awareness regarding your Β own inner strength which people usually fail to recognise.

Do you have a plan for your blog?

I don’t have any specific plan as of now. Just wanted to keep going and share among you all the wonderful and respected bloggers.

What do you think about rankings?

I think every literary piece is having something special in it. Writing is a creativity and every literary piece is unique and has something to offer.
